We are manufacturing Wire Guard and Basket for A C, Condenser and Lift etc as per customer Design. We have experience of 30 years in manufacturing Wire Products. We have hi-tech machinery like C N C 3D wire bending Machine and Pneumatic P L C Control Spot welding Machines to make every joint strong of every wire Products. We are manufacturing Grills and Basket in M S with GI Coating, finished with PVC coating and Powder coating, S S 304, S S 316, and wire thickness 3mm to 6mm thickness.

We are using graded wire of JSW,R I N L or TATA  to make all our wire products of best quality.

Manufacturing Process.

* Wire straightening in wire  straightening & cutting machine as per required length.
* Bending of wire as per design in 3D CNC Wire bending machine as per required shape.
* Spiral Bending.
* But welding of Frame/Ring.
* Grinding of Frame/Ring joint.
* To make welding fixture as per drawing in CNC machine.
* As per design straight cut wire and frame/Ring, feed into welding fixture and spot welding on pneumatic spot welding machine.
* Finished with Zinc coating or PVC coating or Powder coating as per customer requirement.
* Packing in Box and dispatch.

We are supplying above products to Hitachi, Blue Star, and many other Manufacturer of Deep Fridge  and Lift Fan.
